We ship all orders with DPD. Shipping costs are calculated per parcel and are subject to statutory VAT.

Delivery times

The binding delivery time for your order will be communicated to you in the order confirmation. It depends on the specific product, order size and destination country.

For orders with custom designs (e.g. printed items), production time only starts once your design is approved.

For shipments to Switzerland and worldwide we are happy to prepare an individual shipping quote. Please contact us by email — we will get back to you shortly with a suitable proposal.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your personal DPD tracking number. This lets you track your parcel in real time at any time.

International shipping

We ship across Europe and, on request, worldwide. For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

EU countriesNo customs — free movement of goods within the EU. Shipping 17.50 € per parcel plus statutory VAT.
SwitzerlandShipping on request — customs duties and import taxes possible, depending on order value and local regulations.
WorldwideShipping on request — customs duties and import fees per local regulations.
International delivery timeCommunicated in the order confirmation — depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs clearanceAll necessary customs documents are prepared by us and enclosed with the parcel.
Important for non-EU countries: Any customs fees, import taxes or processing charges of the destination country are borne by the recipient and are not refunded by us. For a binding shipping quote to Switzerland or worldwide, please contact us at info@racentis.com.

Plastic-free packaging — mailer bags from 100% recycled material, compostable
No filler material — we avoid styrofoam and plastic air cushions
Paper-based tape — no plastic tapes in our parcels
On-demand production — no warehouse stock, no unnecessary transport, less CO₂
